RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At www.warnerbros.com.au our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement, exchange, or refund (please see below for certain exceptions).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Include a copy of your receipt and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number.
Please note – without a receipt or other proof of purchase we are unable to refund goods.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM www.warnerbros.com.au CAN BE RETURNED TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY WARNER BROS. MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING DVDs AND Blu-Ray) PURCHASED AT OTHER RETAILERS.

Damaged. Incorrect, or Defective Merchandise
If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective or the incorrect item, please contact customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.

EXCEPTIONS
DVDs, Blu-ray Discs Video Games:
Unopened DVDs, Blu-rays Discs, CDs, and Video Games may be returned for a refund or exchange for a different item. Opened items may only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same title.
